What do we do?

We re-fit offices. We put up ceilings, we lay down carpets, we build walls where once there were no walls and we take it all down too. It’s not glamorous but it is very relevant to anyone who has worked in a large office space. We can offer solutions for making the 9-5 a lot more bearable. We are not just hard hats and High Visibility jackets. We are craftsmen, skilled and professional.

How do we do what we do?

Design and Build
Dealing directly with the client, we take a brief and grow it into a scheme based upon the client’s requirements. We produce space plans and designs to facilitate communication of the project. We carefully map out a detailed specification showing itemised costs, clearly broken down, together with a programme and deliver this to the client.

If successful, we undertake the project on a fixed price basis.  All design and specifying work prior to securing the contract is carried out on a speculative basis.

By Tender
A design package prepared by professionals including drawings, specifications and relevant contractual details is warmly received by the team at CCM Towers. A price is carefully submitted for completing the works as specified.

Design Management Contracting
In many cases it is not feasible to undertake pre-contract design on a speculative basis, either because of the extent or the uncertain nature of the work.  After receiving the project brief a certain amount of the work is completed this could include the evaluation of potential new premises, establishing budgets, preliminary space planning and design. CCM Interior Services Ltd undertakes such works to facilitate the start of the project and demonstrate its capabilities to potential clients.  Upon a firm commitment from the client, detailed design work proceeds, a specification of works is prepared and the project is then managed through to completion.

At The Office we are:

We communicate via blackberries & iPhones. A lot of companies in our industry still use fax machines and talk in stock codes. We speak to builders, plumbers, architects, importers of Italian radiators designers and well just about anybody that is on the refurbishment landscape. We appoint skilled people to work together. We are conductors with a scaled ruler as a baton.

On Site we are:
Uniformed, health and safety conscious and professional. We are as quiet as a mouse, strong as an ox and wise as an owl. We are flexible and approachable. We leave our work tidy and clean.

In the board room we are:
Sharp fitted suits and bottled fizzy water. We listen, communicate and implement.  We take care in ensuring that our client’s needs are understood and realised.

Practical Advice:

CCM Interior Services is fully conversant on health and safety issues including Construction Design Management Regulations incorporating the latest directives. We are members of the Association of Interior Specialists and have obtained ‘SAFEContractor’ accreditation.
